Rewriting Notice for More Natural English Syntax

I modified the notice as the original version sounded a bit awkward. Also corrected a minor spelling error.

Original:

This page is currently available in Russian only. Push "Русский" on the left colomn to view the page.

Modified:

This page is currently only available in Russian. Please select "Русский" from the column on the left to view the Russian language version.
